Terms and Conditions
By booking an appointment at Lia Beauty Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments & Booking Fees
- A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from the final balance of your treatment.
- Appointments can be made online, in person, or by phone. We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, your booking fee will be forfeited.
- Clients who fail to attend their appointment (no-shows) may be charged the full treatment price or required to pay in full when booking in the future.
3. Late Arrivals
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment. The full cost of the original appointment may still apply.
- Repeated late arrivals may result in a requirement to prepay in full for future appointments.
4. Children & Guests
- For health and safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment, children under 16 are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a treatment.
- We kindly request that you do not bring additional guests to your appointment unless necessary.
5. Refunds & Complaints
- We do not offer refunds on treatments or products unless they are found to be faulty or not as described.
- If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.

6. Medical Conditions & Allergies
- It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before any treatment.
- A patch test may be required 24–48 hours before certain treatments. Refusal to have a patch test will result in the service being declined.
7. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time.
- Payments can be made by cash, card, or any other method specified by the salon.
8. Personal Belongings
- The salon cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.
9. Code of Conduct
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or poses a risk to our team or other clients.
10. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended under any circumstances.
- Vouchers can be redeemed against treatments and products available in the salon.
- If a treatment is booked using a gift voucher and the client fails to attend (no-show) without giving at least 24 hours’ notice, the value of the missed appointment will be deducted from the voucher.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced, and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
