Passionate about her craft, Sarah is dedicated to continuous learning, regularly updating her skills and knowledge to ensure you receive the highest standard of treatments.

Beth

Beth graduated from the University of Kent in 2012 and has dedicated her career to sports massage and rehabilitation. Over the past 13 years, she has worked with Chiropractors, Osteopaths, and Physiotherapists, gaining extensive experience in musculoskeletal health.

Passionate about the link between physical and mental wellbeing, Beth views sports massage as essential to both. She has supported a wide range of clients, from athletes to office and manual workers, providing tailored treatments that promote long-lasting results and improved performance.

Beth is also a qualified Pilates Instructor and offers both group and 1:1 sessions to individuals of all abilities, helping clients recover from injury, build strength, and find balance through tailored sessions.

Kacey

Kacey has recently completed her Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Beauty Therapy. Passionate, dedicated, and eager to continue learning, she is excited to build her career in the beauty industry while helping clients look and feel their very best. Kacey has a real passion for creating a relaxing and welcoming experience. She specialises in soothing facials and massage treatments, using techniques designed to help you unwind, de-stress, and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Tiff

Tiff is a dedicated and hardworking beauty therapist with 14 years of experience in the beauty industry. She brings passion, care, and professionalism to every treatment, ensuring each client feels relaxed, comfortable, and well looked after.
Tiff successfully balances family life with her career and is always striving to develop her skills. She is committed to continuing her education and expanding her expertise to provide the highest standard of treatments and client care.
Tiff specialises in gel manicures and pedicures, lash lifts, brow lamination, and waxing, including intimate waxing.

Holly

Holly is the founder of Contoured by Holly, a multi-award-winning skin and aesthetics clinic in Kent. She is Level 7 qualified in Clinical Aesthetic Practice and specialises in natural facial contouring, age-related volume restoration, and advanced skin rejuvenation.
Taking a skin-first approach, Holly combines medical-grade skincare, regenerative treatments, and advanced injectable techniques to achieve natural, undetectable results that enhance confidence while supporting healthy ageing.
